Teaching Methodology

"My teaching methodology combines structured instruction with modern, learner-centred approaches to make online learning more engaging and effective. I begin by understanding each student’s current level, learning style, strengths, and areas that need improvement. Based on this, lessons are tailored to ensure that learning is both personalised and goal-oriented. I use a blend of interactive explanations, visual learning tools, real-life examples, problem-solving activities, digital resources, and regular practice to make concepts easier to understand and remember. Rather than relying only on one-way teaching, I encourage active participation through discussions, questioning techniques, short quizzes, and concept-based activities. I also follow a continuous assessment approach, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting teaching strategies when needed. Revision techniques such as spaced practice, retrieval-based learning, and concept reinforcement are incorporated to support long-term understanding. My goal is to create an interactive online learning experience that strengthens conceptual clarity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and academic confidence."
