"My teaching methodology is centered on conceptual understanding rather than memorization. I begin by assessing each student's current knowledge and learning style, then tailor lessons to meet their individual needs. I explain concepts using simple language, visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive discussions to make mathematics engaging and relatable. I encourage students to think critically by solving step-by-step problems, application-based questions, and higher-order thinking (HOTS) problems. Regular practice, timely feedback, and periodic assessments help monitor progress and strengthen weak areas. I create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. My goal is to build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and help students develop a strong foundation that enables them to succeed in school, competitive exams, and future academic pursuits."
